Desirable Lots

This is my html page to house my advertisment for desirable lots in Yorkville from 1852. I chose this because it is a very early reference to Yorkville. At this time, Yorkville was not a developed part of the city. In 1852, Central Park had not even been designed, and the area uptown around it was little more than farmland. It's hard to imagine what kind of "lots" were for sale and what the intended plan for them was.
