DESIRABLE BUILDING LOTS. —In another column will be found the particulars of a large and peremptory sale of building lots, which will take place to-morrow. The lots are on the Third and Fourth avenues. Ninety-ninth. One-hundreth and One-hundred and First-streets, a few streets above Yorkville They are of full size, and command a spleneid2 view of the East River.It is high ground. There is probably sufficient stone on the property to build all the houses and the surplus soil can, no doubt,be sold to advantage for filling up lots a few streets above. The property all lies in one body, and from its peculiar location and advantages must soon become a populous and very important part of our City and its purpose cannot but be a safe and profitable investment of capital. Title perfect and free from all incumbrances.
